In the summer the most popular local destination
is Yellowstone National Park which offers
sightseeing tours, hiking, wildlife viewing and
even photography! You can enjoy world famous
fly-fishing with local streams, rivers and lakes, all
within a 30 mile drive from all our cabins! Hiking,
horseback riding, white water rafting, kayaking,
rock climbing, boating, bird watching or maybe a
walk in all the surrounding forests, all these
activities and many more are offered in our area.
Other summer activities locally include the
Museum of Yellowstone which offers historic
information for Yellowstone National Park, The
Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center an educational
interpretive center for Grizzly bears and Wolves.
West Yellowstone also has plenty of shopping,
dinning and entertainment.
There is plenty of time and wonderful places to
just relax or maybe take a picnic or read a book.
Enjoy summer float trips down slowly streaming
rivers and see local wildlife! All this and more
make for enjoyable vacations and memories.
In the winter there is an abundance of winter
activities. With over 500 miles of groomed
snowmobile trails outside of Yellowstone
National Park, this area is truly a snowmobiler's
favorite! With our amazing snow levels, there is
fresh powder to be found everywhere! Of course
you have to spend some time in Yellowstone
when you come in the winter. It's like a winter
wonderland! The area is also home to cross
country skiing, with our world famous
Rendezvous Ski Trails, offering over 35
Kilometers of groomed trails. Downhill skiing is
also a favorite, with Big Sky, Montana just 45
